Known for her ability to communicate and connect, Lilibeth has a passion for placing people in their greatest impact zones, championing organizational efficiencies across multi-generational teams, and equipping ministry leaders to reach their full potential.

Yet she didn’t always have a place at the leadership table. There were seasons as HR that she felt unseen. Disregarded. Even Voiceless. It is when she decided to foster solutions that intentionally increased employee engagement, made tangible efforts to enhance the employee experience, and assist other HR leaders in finding their voice and a seat at the table.

Lilibeth has served on executive teams for 14 years on 2 of South Florida’s largest mega churches,  has consulted with various executive pastors in churches of all sizes both in the US and Caribbean, and has worked in HR for both Fortune 500 Companies and non-profits. An avid believer in people, she is most known for igniting teams with her sheer energy and passion.
